Heart House is a free afterschool program for at-risk children in Vickery Meadow. Heart House serves 120 Kinder-8th grade students daily at 4 locations. The organization has been around for 13 years!
WEE NEED READERS! Wee Volunteers will learn about Heart House and the plight of the refugee children in the program. Then, we will split up into groups and read to the children at Heart House. Parents and/or children can be our lead readers.
Appropriate for children ages 3 and up.Bring 3 of your favorite books to read! And bring books to donate!!
