Promise House PRIVATE PROJECT

Promise House embraces homeless, runaway and at-risk teens, giving them needed support, encouragement and hope to live a better life. Wee Volunteers will participate in 3 service learning projects. First, we will help Promise House by providing “Power Packs” for their street outreach program. Then, we will have an interactive discussion about basic necessities and homelessness. Finally, we will learn about Promise House and some of the services provided with a tour of the main building.Each child must bring Power Pack materials:
1 wash cloth, 1 travel sized body wash, 1 travel sized shampoo/conditioner combo, 1 travel sized deodorant, 1 travel sized tooth brush, 1 travel sized tooth paste and 2 non-perishable easy meal items such as granola bars or easy macAppropriate for families with children ages 5 years+
