The Rise School of Dallas is a nonprofit organization providing the highest quality of early childhood education services to children with Down Syndrome or other developmental disabilities and to children without disabilities.Wee Volunteers will learn about Rise and children with differences. Then we will join Mommy Manders and the children in the Rise after school program for a Teddy Bear Picnic! We will sing Teddy Bear songs, dance with our bear partners and eat a snack together with our new friends.
Appropriate for children ages 2 and up
Please bring your child’s favorite Teddy Bear and a new Teddy Bear for a new friend! The cost of the project is $10 per child and a new Teddy Bear.
